Each cycle is designed to solve a specific problem end-to-end. Once governance is in place and the system holds, the cycle is complete. When a new challenge emerges a different lever, a new bottleneck, a shift in strategy a new cycle begins.

Generating quick wins is straightforward. Making them sustainable is the hard part. That’s why I work in cycles: focused interventions that leave structure behind, not dependency.

I don’t centralize execution. I build the conditions for it to happen without me.
